This very large photo realistic painting makes one feel as if they are sitting under an umbrella sipping a pina colada and looking out at the aqua waters of the Caribbean Sea. This painting is one of two that was a commission for the Fontainebleau Hotel in Miami Beach, Florida. The original painting is 24"x72". This is a limited edition of 500 prints.
I specialize in underwater photography, and use my photos as inspiration for my marine life paintings. I grew up on the Texas coast, and love the ocean and beach. After receiving a bachelors degree in fine art from Lamar University, I moved to Austin, Texas, where I enjoyed a long career in graphic design, drafting, cartography and geographic information systems. I am retired now and my husband, Kent and I live in Delray Beach Florida where I continue to scuba dive and photograph marine life.
